We had a terrific experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore this evening! It started with the two friendly and very helpful individuals that greeted us at the door and it just kept improving. A group of eight always requires extra patience but when it was a busy time, we were all rather tired from a long day, and there were special billing considerations due to our status as a volunteer group . . . it could have made for a trying time. Thank you very much to our server, Tiffany, and the manager, Steven for going above a beyond!! Your assistance and genuine care in what you do was appreciated!
Food was delicious and the server Nolan was on point. His manager steve was also attentive and made sure everything was good before we left. 5/5 recommend coming here. The atmosphere was nice but I think cause it was a slow time it was really just us and one other group. Im sure this place gets turned up during a rush
Our server Kyle was so amazing!!! He accommodated our coworker with hot coffee, her meal requests and even Ice cream for her pre birthday celebration! The manager Steven checked to make sure everything was to our liking!! Great service and food!!!
We had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock. Our server was Ciara and she was very kind and attentive. The rest of their team was also helpful and worked together. We were celebrating a birthday and felt very comfortable the entire time. The food was great and the atmosphere was very fun. The manager Steve came up to our table and made sure we had a great experience as well. He was very personal and kind. We would definitely recommend anyone coming here for a nice experience, great food, and amazing service.

Everythjng Was good, from the food to the service and the environment! The manager of the floor (he just told me his name and I forgot right away) asked us how everything is going which is nice to see someone in that position coming to each one of us to make sure everything is going smoothly.
The food was pretty good however the he atmosphere is so good. As soon as I walked in I was in awe. Thank you to my waiter Kyle for being a cool nonchalant Keanu Reeves impersonator(not actually.) Super cool and they have a gift shop.

We had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe Baltimore on a snowy night! The food was great and the service was even better. Our server, Nolan, was fantastic — super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager, Stephan, also went above and beyond to help make our daughter’s 18th birthday feel really special. That extra effort meant a lot to us. It was definitely worth coming out despite the weather. We’ll absolutely be back!
Nolan was the best. Great server. He busted his hump for our whole table. We were absolutely blown away by the diamond rated service we received. I have not been treated better since I was a guest of the Royal family and massaged before every meal and given a servant as I walked through the streets of Abu Dhabi. The hard rock cafe made me feel like one of the Royal family with the caliber of wealth luxury and eloquence. The respect and treatment I received were equal as if I was a member of the monarchy.
